As someone passionate about helping people heal and grow, I know firsthand that it takes curiosity, vulnerability, and a safe and supportive environment to make lasting progress. I strive to create a sensitive, caring, and healing space for every client and family I see.
I work with individuals at any stage of life but specialize in treating early childhood and perinatal mental health issues. These are unique and sensitive periods of development when unmet needs and unhealed wounds can add stress to both parent and child. By addressing these issues with curiosity and compassion, I help families and individuals make positive changes that can last for generations yet to come.

As I also work part time at a community mental health clinic, I am currently only seeing clients on Mondays, Thursday evenings, and Fridays. Appointments offered in person or via telehealth.
